We provide planning, training, and exercises that improve resilience and minimize the impact of an adverse event, providing order during chaos.

About Us

Over the last 20 years the Executive Leadership for Resilient Strategies has been engaged in providing planning, training, and exercise services within the commercial, government, and healthcare sectors.

We have aided in building resiliency in Indiana’s top business accounts, public safety, local governments, and every hospital in the State of Indiana. We have built long term relationships within each of our market segments through providing standards based services that consistently improved our clients’ ability to prepare for and respond to adversity.

Through our service offerings, executive engagement in industry related societies, providing guidance through state councils on cyber resiliency, and ongoing support in our communities with volunteer emergency services; we are continuously engaged in ensuring the resiliency of our State’s economy.

Areas of Expertise

Developing a resilient enterprise or community requires understanding your capabilities and dependencies and developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities to minimize the impact of an adverse event. Across our service offerings, we help build and implement capabilities for protecting, mitigating, responding, and recovering our clients' environments.

Our staff is recognized as leaders in developing plans and training based on industry-embraced standards such as NIST, Disaster Recovery International, ISO, FEMA, NIMS, and CISA. The State of Indiana has adopted our plans for guidance on County Communications Plans, District Catastrophic Planning, and, most recently, the state template for County Cyber Response Plans.

Our exercise programs are designed based on the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program format and provide invaluable training for leadership to the boots on the ground. Based upon an understanding of our clients’ environment, we build realistic scenarios and then conduct engaging discussion-based exercises to review plans, policies, and procedures, and impactful operations-operations based exercises to review their capabilities for incident management, crisis communications, and resource management.
